We here at BBR decided to get the In-Cider scoop on Wild Terra Cider and Brewing near downtown Fargo, so we sat down with Ethan Henning, the co-owner of WT (along with his wife Breezee) to discuss the beginning of cidery, the building they moved into and it's pitfalls, and the two different schools of making cider (Heritage and Modern), all the while sampling 3 of their own brews: Cobbknocker, Type II Fun, and Trail Magic.
