    Doing things you don’t enjoy… What a terrible idea.  In the true HY3RID way, this podcast sets the theme for the rest of the podcasts to come. There are so many things in health and fitness that people emphasise doing or attribute a high proportion to their results, that in reality have really negligible impacts on results.  We mention fasted cardio for fat loss.  For fasted cardio to actually enhancing fat loss over any other type of activity (assuming volume is equated), it would either need to enhance energy expenditure, decrease energy intake, or enhance fat loss and preserve lean mass for the same energy deficit.
