In Mark 10:44, Jesus tell us to "be a slave to everyone". How is this even a reasonable expectation He places upon us? Everyone? What about those that manipulate me? Bother me? Disappoint me? Unbelief can surely set in quickly. You're desperate for Jesus, and He doesn't seem to be around when you need Him most. When He does respond it's not like you expected.
