Big Idea: Desperate prayer will bring us to a real encounter with the real God.

God's call to service is a high call - He calls us to messy people and situations but we must first be washed by Christ!

Big Idea: Only Jesus can redeem our relationships so that we live in community as He intended.

Big Idea: The hope that Neitzsche describes is NOT the hope of the Bible. Hope is trust in the God who exists – the God who is there.

Big Idea: “For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope  that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.” – Romans 8:21-22

Big Idea: You can be certain of salvation, transformation and God’s leading in your life.

Big Idea: The world cannot be “fixed” by 12 rules. The problem is not the rules…it is us!

Do Christians have free reign to sin?

Big Idea: Those right with God have a relationship that ends in glory and grows through pain.

Big Idea: Those who have faith in Abraham’s God receive Abraham’s blessing

We can’t do enough to earn our salvation. “However, to the one who does not work but trusts GOD who justifies the ungodly, their faith is credited as righteousness.”

Big Idea: Faith is receiving and resting in the work of Jesus Christ. Faith alone brings you to the table.

Big Idea: Jesus doesn’t look at Zacchaeus through the lens of his past, but rather through the lens of God’s transformational grace.
