Nick Brooks is the vocalist for Buffalo, NY-based metalcore band It Dies Today. It Dies Today smashed on the scene in the early 2000's, best known for their debut album The Caitiff Choir which was released through Trustkill during their prime as well. That album was received VERY well, having music videos of singles like "A Threnody for Modern Romance" and "Sacred Heart" viewed on MTV and MTV2 (when they still played music videos). The band would go on to release two other full lengths, Sirens in 2007 and Lividity in 2009, the band was also featured on multiple compilation and movie soundtracks (Saw VI, Resident Evil, Master of Horror). It Dies Today took a hiatus in 2015 but has since been back at it, writing and recording new material and even booking an appearance at this year's Furnace Fest. Nate Garrett started Spirit Adrift in 2015 as a solo project while he was still in fellow Arizona band Gatecreeper. Having never expected Spirit Adrift to catch on, it surprised Garrett that it did. After a few years, Garrett would have to decide which project he would like to spend more time on, and his solo project won out. Garrett left Gatecreeper on amicable terms in 2019 to focus solely on Spirit Adrift. Within that time Spirit Adrift has released multiple albums and EPs, with another one on the way. The subsequent full-length, Ghost At The Gallows, is scheduled to be released through Century Media Records on August 18th, 2023. Scott Lee is part of the team that started the New England Metal And Hardcore Festival in Worcester, MA in 1999. The festival was last held in 2017 until this year, Scott and the team have resurrected the long-running festival once again in hopes of taking it to the next level. Domenic Romeo founded the D.I.Y record label A389 Recordings in 2004 and started putting out his friend's band's records. Being a musician himself and playing in bands, he eventually scored the chance to play with one of his childhood favorite bands, Integrity, for a few years. The group is signed to Closed Casket Activities and released 3 full lengths along with a handful of EPs/Splits. Guitarist Josh Elmore and the rest of Cattle Decapitation have been a leading force for progressive death metal and grindcore for almost the past 30 years.
