Happy Thanksgiving! A year ago today I was in a much different spot and I am thankful for that. I was also reminded from a dream I had last night that I want to keep fighting and staying in my lane. This is not the time for me to leave the race - I am staying in it.I realize this has been a recurring theme in my life, so I wanted to talk more about it. I wasn't planning to make an episode like this today but I think it's fitting. Last year I'd just finished therapy and was just getting back into running.Today I am running WAY more and I have a book out so there's definitely been some serious progress. Sometimes God is telling you to just let something go, to just put yourself out there. The greatest risk is often not taking a risk. You don't know what's going to happen, but He does.Right now with my journey I just feel this over and over again - to just let go and let Him do His thing. I am getting better at that.
