How To Stop Wanting Him Back

For some people, it just looks like life comes easy to them. Maybe they are successful in their career, or they have a great social life, or maybe they have an amazing loving family. This is something a client brought to me recently after watching the Netflix documentary about Harry and Meghan. If you haven’t watched it yet, at one point, Meghan shares that she decided to take time off, travel in Europe, and not worry about dating at all. She just wanted to be free and detached. But lo and behold, a literal prince was dropped in her lap when she was set up with Harry by a mutual friend, and the rest is history.
