Dr. Charles Modlin, M.D., MBA, serves as the Inaugural Medical Director of the Office of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) at MetroHealth where he provides operational and thought leadership, perspective and vision on the multi-dimensional matters of diversity and health equity through the lens of a clinician. His role is key to the development of programs to promote and strengthen an inclusive and diverse culture and promote health equity for all.
