He practiced as a treating physical therapist for ten years in the hospital and outpatient setting. The next career step took Will into the operations, management and leadership of a national physical therapy provider; he was a Regional VP with responsibility for supporting teammates in 150 clinics in 10 states.Will’s passion for learning and being a change agent brought him to join HIPnation in 2016.
