On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Corrie shown in the UK between the 20th and the 24th February (Episodes #10882 - 10887). Well what a turnaround that was! After last week's kinda dull offering, we really thought that Corrie was firing on all cylinders this week - and who'd have guessed that Alya of all characters would be the one to do it? From the brilliantly written scenes where she visits Max in prison to the heart-wrenching reading of her victim personal statement, we were totally gripped by the climax of the far right story this week, and for it to also include Shona's return, some lovey character moments between David and Maria and Spider triumphing over Griff made it all the better. Just a shame that Blake's sentencing and Councillor Cameron's comeuppance were rushed through! Also this week, more creepy weirdo stalker stuff from Justin, Stephen sets his sights on taking ownership of the factory, and a reunion for Billy and Paul.
