Conversation Street Episode 705
08/11/2025 Duración: 03h09minOn this podcast, we talk about all things Corrie that took place between the 3rd and the 7th November (Episodes #11,705 - 11,710). With the grown-up Driscolls' feet already very much under the (incredibly large) Rovers backroom table, this week's trip to Weatherfield saw the arrival of the final member of the clan: runaway son Will, whose disappearance at the start of the week was very much the talk of the pub - but did Corrie do enough to keep viewers who'd never even met the kid before engaged? Meanwhile, Becky continues to refuse to take no for an answer, stepping up her game in her attempts to lure Becky and Lisa back to Spain with her, plus a shady conversation with Costello gives sheds a bit more light on the circumstances surrounding Tia Wardley's demise. Also this week, the identity of Hope's troll is revealed, Carl continues to gaslight Debbie, and Cassie and Tracy are still at each other's throats - is this still entertaining, or is it getting a bit tired by this point? After Street Talk, the Kabin

Jayne Tunnicliffe Interview
06/11/2025 Duración: 40minThis week, we're joined by Jayne Tunnicliffe, who played chavvy chippy worker Yana Lumb on Corrie back in the mid 2000s. Jayne opens up about her long and varied career in showbiz, and how it led to her securing the part of Cilla's tarty mate for a one-off appearance that went on to be a recurring role for a couple of years. Whether deep frying a turkey or sitting in a bath of mushy peas, Yana was always doing something to make viewers laugh, and here, Jayne recalls many of her happy memories working on the show.

Conversation Street Episode 704
01/11/2025 Duración: 03h36minOn this week's episode of the podcast, we chat about all drama on the cobbles between the 27th and the 31st October (Episodes #11,699 - 11,704) Well, what a week that was! The changing of the guard at the Rovers is always a momentous occasion, but this one truly feels like the start of a fresh era for the show. Eva Price is back - and she’s brought her new family with her! You won’t be surprised to hear that we’ve got a lot to say about the new arrivals, and on the whole, we’re feeling extremely positive. Elsewhere on the Street, Carla returns from Ireland with the knives out for Becky – but can she get her to back off Lisa before it’s too late? Also this week, Hope thinks she’s uncovered the identity of her troll, Carl takes the brunt of Kev’s anger, and Cassie lands herself a new job. Up next on the podcast it's The Kabin, and Jane Danson's hitting back at reports that she's been fired from Corrie. We round things off with some of your feedback - and early reactions to the Driscolls' debut! Street Talk - 00

Press Day Chats!
28/10/2025 Duración: 22minOn the Corrie press day a couple of weeks ago, we had a few short chats with four of the cast, including two members of the new Driscoll family! First up, Aaron McCusker tells us what it's like to play new Rovers landlord Ben; then, Lauren Bolton actress Cait Fitton reveals the secrets behind crying on cue. After that, Channique Sterling-Brown reflects on her three years playing Dee-Dee Bailey, and we round things off with a quick natter with Raph Akuwudike, who plays 2025's man of mystery, Ollie!

Conversation Street Episode 703
25/10/2025 Duración: 03h40minOn our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Corrie shown between the 20th and the 24th October (Episodes #11,699 - 11,704). Ooh, that Theo - he's a nasty piece of work, isn't he? We've got a lot to discuss about his story with Todd this week, as the unfortunate undertaker finds himself yet again cowering in the kitchen corner, his boyfriend using him as some kind of emotional punchbag. Just how long is it going to be until someone realises what's going on and rescues Todd from the hell he's now living? Also this week, in scenes that had the hardcore Swarla fans seething, Becky presses on with her plan to charm herself back into Lisa's affections - and Lisa shows surprisingly little resistance! Get yourself back to Weatherfield pronto, Carla! Elsewhere, Abi is tempted to steal a car help out her and Carl's financial woes, the Winter-Alahan family self-destructs in the wake of Asha's attempt to take her own life, and things get passionate between Christina and George - despite his failure to get a Stif

Listener Questions
21/10/2025 Duración: 01h16minIt’s time once again to rummage around in our virtual listener mailbag and pull out a couple of cracking questions for a good old natter. First up: how would we breathe new life into Victoria Street? It’s been seven years since the extended set burst onto our screens with great fanfare, and while stalwarts like Speed Daal have gone from strength to strength, others - Trim Up North, we’re looking at you - have disappeared without a trace. So, if we were in the producer’s chair (with unlimited budget and space, of course!), how would we zhush it all up and make Victoria Street the place to be again. Then, just in time for spooky season, another listener wants to know which Corrie characters we’d choose to help us survive a horror movie scenario. Whether it’s ghosts, zombies or vampires on the loose, no monster will stand a chance against the dream teams we assemble - especially with resident horror aficionado Gemma leading the recruitment drive!

Conversation Street Episode 702
18/10/2025 Duración: 03h03minIn our latest podcast, we chat about what went on in Corrie between the 13th and the 17th October (Episodes #11,693 - 11,698). In what turned out to be a rather mixed week on the cobbles, some storylines failed to hit the mark while others had us completely gripped – most notably the escalating game of cat and mouse between Theo and Todd. We were stunned when Theo brazenly admitted to Todd that he’d been unfaithful, blaming Todd’s supposed closeness with Billy, and we loved seeing Todd finally stand up for himself – especially with his not-so-subtle flaunting of his ex during the Rovers’ Mr and Mrs contest. However, as we all know, this abusive relationship is far from its conclusion... Elsewhere on the Street, we saw poor Tyrone struggling to adjust to life in a wheelchair amidst constant bickering from his family, while Asha’s return from hospital showed she is clearly still suffering too. Meanwhile, Becky wasted no time in making herself at home at Number 6 while Carla was away, Carl pushed Abi to take Kev

Access All Areas! Behind The Scenes At The Corrie Press Day
14/10/2025 Duración: 01h19minLast week, we were lucky enough to be invited to the press day at Coronation Street, where we got a sneak preview of an upcoming episode, sat in on an interview with producer Kate Brooks and had an access all areas tour of the set, where we investigated every nook and cranny of the main outdoor area (including having a look at what was behind closed doors!) and the main studios themselves, where we got a close up look at sets including the Platt house, the police station and the Rovers Return. In this episode of the podcast, we chat about the experience (don't worry - no big spoilers about upcoming scenes!) and on the YouTube version, share tonnes of photos and footage of the day. https://youtu.be/eJByctS5zjU

Conversation Street Episode 701
11/10/2025 Duración: 02h47minOn this episode, we chat about what went on in Corrie between the 6th and the 10th October (Episodes #11,687 - 11,692). A brand new story kicked off this week with Tim at the centre, as he bumped into a familiar face from the past. But when Brian discovers just how close the pair once were, and how young Tim was at the time, he’s left questioning some uncomfortable truths about their relationship. Elsewhere, Ronnie’s birthday celebrations take a dramatic turn when the truth about Abi and Carl’s affair comes out, leaving the Webster family in tatters. Also this week, Theo continues his manipulation of Todd Asha's found unconscious with an empty bottle of pills, and George and Christina go out on their first date. Not a lot of news this week (plus we're absolutely knackered when recording after a busy day behind the scenes at Corrie - more on that very soon!) so we give The Kabin a swerve and round the show off with a bit of feedback.

An A-Z Of Jenny
07/10/2025 Duración: 02h34minFor this week’s bonus podcast, we’re bidding a fond farewell to one of our all-time favourite Corrie characters with a two-and-a-half-hour Jenny-fest! As we’d already wrapped up her story quite neatly in the character profile episode we released at the start of 2025, we decided to follow the same format we used for last year’s Gail departure and put together an A–Z of all things Jenny. We chat about our favourite moments, reminisce over stories Sally Ann Matthews has shared with us over the years, and revisit Jenny’s many romantic adventures - the highs, the lows, and the endlessly memeable moments that make her a character we’ll never forget.

Conversation Street Episode 700
04/10/2025 Duración: 03h41minOn our 700th episode of the podcast, we share our thoughts on what went on in Corrie between the 29th September and the 3rd October (Episodes #11,681 - 11,686). She’s been a firm favourite of the podcast since her 2014 return, but this week we bid a fond farewell to Jenny, who jetted off from Weatherfield to start a new life in Tenerife. We’d known her exit was coming for a while - but was it a send-off worthy of a character of Jenny’s calibre, or did it leave us wanting more? Also this week, Todd, Theo and co hit Manchester’s Gay Village in some brilliantly directed scenes that exposed a secret from Theo’s past - and revealed just how dark he can be. Meanwhile, Debbie discovers the truth about her brother’s affair, Bethany makes her return to Weatherfield after yet another career disaster, and Asha considers quitting her paramedic course. Up next on the podcast it's The Kabin, where we celebrate Corrie's recent success at the Inside Soap Awards, and we round off the podcast with more of your fabulous feedba

Sally Ann Matthews Interview
01/10/2025 Duración: 41minAfter ten years back on the cobbles, our Jenny bade a fond farewell to Weatherfield today, and in the week of our 700th episode of the podcast, we have an exclusive chat with actress Sally Ann Matthews about her decision to leave and what it was like to film those final moments. Sally Ann shares some behind the scenes secrets about some material that was filmed but never made it to air, reminisces about her favourite moments from the past decade and gives man idea about where we might be seeing her on our screens next... Conversation Street Episode 699
27/09/2025 Duración: 03h29minOn our latest podcast, we have a natter about the episodes of Coronation Street shown in the UK between the 19th and the 26th September 2025 (Episodes #11,673 - 11,680). It’s a bumper Street Talk this week as we dive into four hours of Corrie drama! Things kick off with the Carl and Abi affair, which steps up a gear when Kevin finds himself unceremoniously dumped by his cheating wife. Could the big reveal – and maybe even the end of this saga (please?!) – finally be on the horizon? Elsewhere, in a twist nobody saw coming, Noah suddenly drops dead – but were there suspicious circumstances, and might this tragedy push Theo back into Danielle’s arms? Meanwhile, Asha remembers she had a big episode last month that perhaps deserves a follow-up, Becky makes a play to needle her way back into Betsy’s life, and Ollie causes intrigue by showing an unexpected interest in Toyah on Friday. Now what on earth could that be about? Up next on the show it's The Kabin, where we take a look at the Corrie nominations in both the

An Audience With Coronation Street - Our Review!
25/09/2025 Duración: 01h52minLast week, we had the chance to see not one, but two performances of An Audience With Coronation Street, the Corrie stage show hosted by Soap Queen Sharon Marshall. In this episode of the podcast, we share our thoughts on the show, chat about meeting some of the cast and even take you on a trip to a few of the filming locations we visited whilst up in Manchester - including a sneak preview of the Street at Christmas! Also available as a video with loads of footage and photos here: https://youtu.be/JWZV8GwCYm8

Conversation Street Episode 698
18/09/2025 Duración: 02h19minWe're going to be away and jolly busy in Manchester this weekend for the Audience with Coronation Street show at the Lowry, so this week's podcast is coming at you early, covering the episodes that were shown on the 14th and the 16th September (Episodes #11,669 - 11,672). After the shocking revelation that Becky Swain was in fact alive last week, this week's Corrie had a lot to live up to. Would enough questions about the past four years be suitably answered? What would Lisa say to Costello? Would Lisa really be able to see her estranged wife from reconnecting with her daughter! It turned out that the pair of us had quite opposing views about how well Corrie's handled this, and the discussion takes up the lion's share of Street Talk. Elsewhere on the cobbles, Tyrone's told it may be years until he's up on his feet again (so.. skipping around in the snow this Christmas?) Theo and Todd move into their new place, and the twists keep on coming as it's revealed just who was driving the car at breakneck speed throu

Jordan Hogg Interview
18/09/2025 Duración: 50minLast week’s Coronation Street sent shockwaves through the Corrie community with the surprise return from the dead of Becky Swain. The director behind those unforgettable episodes, Jordan Hogg, joined us for a chat this week about bringing those scenes - plus a handful of other classic Corrie moments from the past decade - to life. Whether you're a fan of Swarla, were on the edge of your seat during Mason's death or have a fondness for the dark era of Pat Phelan, there's plenty for you here to enjoy. Conversation Street Episode #697
13/09/2025 Duración: 03h34minOn our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Corrie shown between the 8th and the 12th September 2025 (Episodes #11,665 - 11,668). There may have only been two trips to Weatherfield this week, but Monday's bombshell was enough to keep us talking for just as long as a regular podcast! Becky Swain is alive! A lot of us had seen it coming, but it was certainly a shock that it happened quite so soon. You may have already heard our initial reactions on the podcast we released earlier this week, so how did we feel about Becky's explanation for where she'd been all this time? Did it hold water, and is she really telling the whole truth? Away from all the Swarla drama, we also had another couple of shockers in the form of Tyrone being hit by a car and Shona revealing she had a bun in the oven. THIS is how you keep twists under wraps until broadcast, Corrie - keep it up! After the Street Talk segment, we head over to The Kabin, where we talk about Corrie at the NTAs and Vicky Myers having to pull out of the up

Becky Swain Reaction-Cast!
09/09/2025 Duración: 44minWell that was a bit of a twist on Monday's episode, wasn't it? We've speculated about it for a while, but as an end of show cliffhanger, it was revealed to us that Lisa's supposedly dead wife is actually alive and well! We couldn't wait until Friday to talk about our reaction to this bombshell, so in this special bonus episode, we talk about our initial thoughts on the reveal, ponder what on earth Becky could have been up to, and, in the second half of the podcast, take a look at the press release that gives us a few teasers about what we might find out about Becky's motives for returning to Weatherfield...

Adam Hussain Interview
08/09/2025 Duración: 30minRecently, we had the pleasure of chatting with Corrie actor Adam Hussain about his five years playing Aadi Alahan. Adam talks about his decision to leave the show and reflects on some of his characters most memorable moments, including taking a bullet for Kelly Neelan, being involved in an epic car crash and his affair with Courtney Vance! Conversation Street Episode 696
06/09/2025 Duración: 03h36minOn this week's podcast, we share our thoughts on what went on in Corrie between the 1st and the 5th September (Episodes #11,659 - 11,664). All in all, a pretty good set of episodes for Corrie this week, with some lovely, sweet scenes in the Swarla story as we finally get that proposal that we've been building up to for weeks. And so close to getting some solid answers to the Becky Swain mystery too - although not only are we leaning a lot more to the side of 'she's still alive' now, we've got a feeling that Roy might have even bumped into her in the hospital... Also this week, Theo takes out his anger on Todd after a tough mediation session with Danielle and Noah - but is there really any excusing his behaviour? Elsewhere on the cobbles, Debbie attempts a coup on the dementia choir, Carl enlists Brody and Dylan for a spot of car thievery and Christina opens up to George about how much she's struggling since Dom's death - but is it all just an act? In the Kabin segment of the podcast, we weigh in on the rumour
