This week, I sit down with Hal B Klein. Hal is the Pittsburgh Magazine Food Editor and Dining Critic. I was first told about Hal by Chef Matt at Streets on Carson. Hal was looking for the best Turkey Devonshire in all the lands and Streets got one that’s worth writing home about. Hal and I talk about how he got into loving food on a different level. Early on, Hal wanted to be an actor and a lawyer but after eating a perfectly ripe and in season strawberry, his whole career trajectory changed for the better. We talk about food, acting, Super Punch, Cobra Lounge, and so much more. This was such a great episode. Hal has such a cool job and I really loved hearing about how he got to where he is today.
