This week, I sat down with the Co-Owner of the legendary One Up Skate Shop, Brandon McConnell. Brandon has been skating since he was 12. If you're around him for more than five minutes you can tell that he loves to talk and he loves skateboarding. Brandon and I talk about what life was like growing up, how he got into skateboarding, what made him decide to start his own skateboard company, how he got introduced to One Up, how he became part owner, and so much more. Growing up I spent a lot of time shopping in skate shops and it was dope to be able to pick the brain of someone that is involved with the best in the city.
