Seeing the un-seen is Vision. Believing the un-seen, is faith.   Getting others to share the vision is effective leadership.  Success is unquestioned when the un-seen becomes seen, and the vision becomes reality.  However, this process of something going from idea to reality, is totally built on faith, on believing in the vision.  Faith is believing in the unseen; or "the evidence of things not seen."
