Ten Laws With East Forest

This week's podcast is a  guided meditation about the waves of life, happenings, and the flowing nature of us.  The meditation is set to an excerpt of music from the new 4hr East Forest x Broderick livestream on YouTube.In support and celebration of their collaborative album "Burren", Peter Broderick and East Forest gathered on the winter solstice of 2022 to improvise a 4-hour ceremony with the intention to guide a journey via live acoustic music.  Featuring dual pianos, violin, vibraphone, guitar, percussion, voice and more, the two artists found a magical zone of creation that was all intimately captured on film.  Now completely remixed and remastered, this complete 4-hour musical ceremony is available on Youtube @eastforestmusic.   Forest and Broderick's new full-length album "Burren" was largely born through a similar process of shared improvisation.  The intention with this livestream ceremony now on YouTube, was to return back into that fertile space of creative freedom and see what additional music may
