Velocity Church

The apostle Paul's letter to the church in Rome was written to Christians with conflicting backgrounds -- both Jewish and Gentile -- including Romans and non-Romans. In it, he explained how the Gospel works and why it changes how we live. And in doing so, he sought to unify the congregation and their differing ideals about what it should look like to live out the Christian life. Our faith isn't simply about religious rites and traditions. Instead, it's about a new life that more than conquers the old by unifying all Christians on the foundation of Jesus' resurrection.
