This week, I sit down with award winning journalist David Rullo to talk about his brand new book ‘Gen X Pittsburgh: The Beehive and the 90’s Scene.’ I first came across David’s work a couple weeks ago, after souring the interwebs for Pittsburgh writers that are still local. Turns out his book was being released 3 days later. It felt pretty serendipitous so I reached out and here we are. - We have a really great conversation about everything from growing up in the city, to how he became a writer, to how he ended up writing about one of the most important creative places in Pittsburgh’s history.
