Sinopsis
The month of November marks Black Catholic History Month in the United States. While Black and African-American Catholics make up just a very small percentage of the overall Catholic population in the U.S. (est. 3 million, representing 4% of US Catholics), that population is a vibrant, inspired community. In this episode of the Diocese of Buffalo's celebration of Black Catholic History Month, we bring you some of the recent homily by Fr. Anthony Bozeman, who spoke at Revival 2023 at St. Martin de Porres Church in Buffalo. This segment is from the first of two homilies he delivered October 21, 2023. (Portions of the homily were edited for time or because information stated - such as "upcoming events" - is now outdated.)
