The book of Revelation can be intimidating; it’s full of symbolic language and strange imagery. Because of this, there are a number of different ways it has been interpreted over the years. Despite the confusion (and sometimes fear) that can surround this text, when we read it well there’s one thing of which we can be certain: this letter provides one of the most powerful messages of hope and encouragement that we have in the Bible.
