Michael Pollan's book "The Omnivore Dilemma" introduced him to regenerative agriculture in 2017. In late 2018, he founded the Soil Alliance to bring renowned regenerative pioneers to Germany. These activities gradually led Jan to the realization that the life-sustaining principles of nature applied in regenerative agriculture should be applied to the entire economy.
