Kim is a Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Dr. Kim’s research concerns the dynamics of social misperception, with a particular focus on the violation and repair of trust. This research has been published in the world’s leading scientific journals across management and psychology. It has received ten national / international awards from organizations including the American Psychological Association, the Academy of Management, and the International Association for Conflict Management.
