Satan tempts us in our strength and not our weaknessess  He then tempts Jesus in these areas: Provisions Turn these stones into bread  Jesus response: People can’t live by bread alone  Possessions  The Devil told him I will give you all these kingdoms and authority over them because they are mine and I can give to whoever I please  Posture If you worship me.... Jesus replied: You must worship the Lord your God and serve only him  Protection The Devil took Jesus to the highest point of the Temple  If you are the Son of God. He knew Jesus had power and he wanted Jesus to use his power prematurely.
