How to Clear your Mind Meditation (8 minutes) This meditation will help to clear the mind of unwanted thoughts and clear our mind! We begin the meditation either lying or seated! Allowing yourself the time to relax and settle so you can receive the words that guide you through the meditation.   As we settle the body we allow the mind to soften onto the breath! All the awareness rests on the breath as it comes in and as it goes out! We watch the breath, explore the breath and its movement! After some time the mind may become more relaxed and you may become aware of a pause at the end of exhale and at the top of the inhale.  When you feel fully calm from following the breath we move the awareness of the meditation to the body: feeling the body and guiding the breath into any areas of the body that needs to relax a little more! We then explore our thoughts from a distance, noticing our thought patters, learning our patterns and becoming aware of thoughts from a distant!  I hope this is enjoyable and you enjoy th
