Welcome to this beautiful cellular breathing relaxation.  This relaxation explored the power of your breath, which carries in with it the Prana/life force. The relaxation will help to nourish and heal your body deeply.  We begin this session by moving through the body with breath awareness at specific areas to gain focus and a deeper surrender into the body and mind.  Then we move gently into a rotation of consciousness which will allow the body to relax more, before arriving back to the breath to explore the spine.  I hope you enjoy this session as much as I loved sharing this powerful healing relaxation.  Namaste.
