This video requires you to have experience with the headstand already. We take all the weight onto the head, so the neck needs to be already strong and ready to attempt this pose. We use the arms to support the balance and come onto the head. Please make sure you have checked all precautions and prohibitions before trying this posture. I would HIGHLY recommend doing my headstand for beginners tutorial video below before doing this headstand without wall support and arm/hand support. If you have any weakness in the neck, shoulders or arms, I would suggest trying my previous headstand video first to build strength. If your ready to try it then have fun!
