Welcome to this session, within this session, we will explore movement and meditation.  This session begins with some gentle movement before we then move into meditation.  We move gently to open up the body and get it ready for a seated position.  We play around with a mantra and explore it begin repeated with the inhale and the exhale. The meditation will be ’so’ ‘hum’ meditation.  Just drawing the attention back to the mantra as the mind drifts off into thoughts or gets distracted.
