Welcome to this breathwork and relaxation. Within this session, we will explore the alternate nostril breath.  This will require you to have a lovely long back; you could support your back on the wall or sit on a chair if you feel uncomfortable seated with crossed legs.  Here we will have a moment to become familiar with the breath, before moving into the breathwork pranayama.  We will move into the breathwork mindfully taking our time and then arrive into relaxation. As you bring yourself into relaxation, make sure you are incredibly comfortable, and you can fully rest and relax as I guide you through the relaxation and areas of the body.
