You may wish to explore a physical Yoga practice before doing this session. The body will then arrive much more open after a Yoga practice, and the breath may feel clearer and more balanced. I recommend being seated for the breath and meditation work so the spine can be upright, and the breath can move freely. Please do not force your breath, be gentle, we finish with relaxation and affirmation.
