Perfect Morning Stretch / Yoga Session / 10 mins Hi Friends, PLEASE NOTE: This is a live tutorial if you find it challenging to follow, please visit my YouTube Channel to follow the Tutorial Video. https://youtu.be/catzCkFaXOs Welcome to this Perfect Morning Stretch, as we work through this Yoga practice, we explore stretching into most areas of the body so we are ready for the day ahead. This session can be done at any time, but I thought you might enjoy it as a morning Yoga session. We begin seated and explore moving into the waist and the hips. Then the Yoga session transitions onto the knees and we work into some core work and stretches along the body line, as well as balance. We later arrive at a forward folding Yoga pose that will transition us to standing to play with a wide leg forward fold and then come back onto our back for a beautiful Yoga bridge and relaxation.
