This full body Yoga stretch will last 10 minutes and within this time the whole body will get a lovely stretch. We begin on the floor stretching and the come to a seated Yoga posture to work into the body through some side stretching and twists. We will then move into some deeper Yoga stretches including a a dolphin pose and down dog, lungs and some other hip opening stretches including a squat.
