During this session, we will explore a breath practice and move into meditation and relaxation. I am going to suggest that you find a comfortable seated position to begin the practice. We will move through some cycles of pranayama. Just find comfort and ease within your breath as we continue.  We will then move into a few moments of meditation and move down onto the floor for a guided Yoga Nidra.  The guided Yoga Nidra allows you to find an intention to affirm. Find this naturally. As an example, you may use 'I am healthy' 'I am happy'.
