We often hear about how much the hairdressing industry is changing as if it’s the only one. But the truth is that every industry is changing!  For example, just think of the impact that Spotify and other streaming services have had on the music industry. Or the impact that social media has had on advertising and magazines.  Or the impact that Airbnb has had on the hotel sector.
