Episode #323 is headlined by IndyCar's penultimate race of 2021, as the travelling circus headed to California for the Grand Prix of Monterey at Laguna Seca. And on paper, it'll go down in the books as a dominant win by Colton Herta, having led 91 out of 95 laps. But how we got there was intriguing, with Alex Palou being the only man being able to stay with the incredible mullet. And at the end of the race, we got a big chase-down attempt at the end of the race from Romain Grosjean on a new set of sticky Alternate Tyres. It was certainly dramatic with him taking 2 seconds a lap out of the leading pair until an over-zealous divebomb attempt to lap Jimmie Johnson ended his slim chances of winning. But it was fun!
