“In the banquet hall of Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Swami Swatmanandaji was invited by the Ruchika Club (A wing) today on 24th June. The new committee was taking over today and it was the first meeting under them. We thank the founder members Smt. Asha Jhunjhunwala, Smt. Sarita shroff and the committee of Ruchika Club (A Wing) for the opportunity. The topic chosen was " Spirituality in Practice". Swamiji addressed the approx 90 ladies present there in Hindi and made it very relatable. He made the talk interactive and very engaging. There was lots to implement and carry over in our lives when Swamiji took a verse from the Bhagavad Geeta and elaborated upon it. Satvik food, sweetness in speech, detachment in relationships, dexterity in action, equanimity in acceptance of karma phala, purity and clarity in thought and dissolution of the ahankara was explained so beautifully , interspersed with numerous examples and lot of humour to make the subject clear to everyone present.
