This week, I sit down with Austin Vanasdale who owns and operates the delicious Xarson St Deli & Craft Beer Bar located in the Southside of the Pittsburgh! I have been a patron of The Deli for almost a decade now. When I worked on the Southside, I lived off of Yerba Mate Mint Tea and their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich topped with Blue Cheese. An absolutely sensational combo. Almost every time I went in, I’d have a guy with a cool mustache help me out. Back then, Austin was just the manager.
