Say HiGIVING GOD WHAT IS RIGHT NOT WHAT IS LEFTIt is good we remind ourselves of God’s standard as we relate with Him especially during these hard times of austerity measures. God is still our provider and He always gives His children the good and perfect gifts (James 1:17). There is no gift that can be better than that which God has offered to the world when we did not deserve it in the person of Jesus, His only begotten son.In the Old Testament, the Psalmist expressed the wonderful gift of God to us (Ps 84:11) – “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.” But the greatest was given to mankind in the New Testament and Paul expressed it in Romans 8:32. “He who did not withhold or spare (even) His own Son but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him freely and graciously give us all (other) things?”(Amplified version).It, therefore, behooves us to give God our best not our left over because He deserves nothin
