For 25 consecutive Halloween mornings, Maryann Winkowski, who inspired the CBS television hit series Ghost Whisperer, would join me on the radio. We would take calls from listeners who believed they had a ghost in their house. Many did. I would push Maryanne to prove that she could see what she said that she could see. She did so with dazzling accuracy. I have never seen anyone prove the existence of ghosts better than Maryann. She turned the subject matter into a no-brainer for me and the listening audience.
