Game #7- Celtics (5-1) @ Hornets (2-3):Game Summary:    The Celtics improved to 6-1 and won both games in their 1st back-to-back of the season with a 113-103 victory over the Charlotte Hornets Saturday night at the Spectrum Center.  The Hornets drop to 2-4 with the loss-----Leading the Way: Jayson Tatum led Boston with 29 points and 7 rebounds.  Payton Pritchard hit 6 3's and scored 22 off the Bench.
