Eternal Leadership

After 25 years in missions with YWAM, Matthew went back to school and got a Phd in leadership in the midst of change. He now has a consulting company in Singapore where he has been the last 14 years. Matthew has also written 15 books and writes a daily devotional.   In this episode we discuss how important it is to be open and vulnerable as a leader, how to live and grow in tension, and how knowing God helps us better know ourselves.
