Wildfires are currently burning across the Los Angeles County area. Schools are closed. Friends have lost homes. Family has been evacuated. I've packed and unpacked the car three times. Natascha had no power for 72 hours. It's a lot. In the midst of this, life goes on, and on today's episode I talk about a really helpful thought exercise to wrap your head around your "ideal year" by coming up with a recipe for it.
