In 2009, she began helping her husband Shawn with single family rentals. In 2015, they got serious about passive income and went full time into real estate, implemented systems to help double their single family portfolio 2 years in a row. As of 2018, they have expanded their geographical area to include mid-size manufactured housing communities in Indiana. Michele remotely operates and manages 2 communities, totaling 51 units, and growing. She is now the Co-Owner (COO) and manager of Daily Operations for Redmae Property Group with her husband.
