Mr. Zambrano is a former VP of a Lloyd’s of London broker, handling Special Risk insurance in Latin America, commonly known as Kidnap and Ransom insurance (K&R).   He is also a former Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) US Army Officer (US Army Reserve-Retired) being recalled to active duty after 9/11. He has served in Infantry, Special Forces and Military Intelligence units, in the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean.   Nelson has studied, mentored and coached by some of the real estate industries best, to include senior leadership at Deloitte and a leader in the area of Creative Deal Structuring.
