You've got to think that with a two-week quarantine policy, grade school kids are going to be licking toilet seats to catch the virus so they don't have to be in the classroom. -We break down where the presidential candidates campaigns are and the bizarre, borderline nonsensical response Joe Biden gave to a reported when asked if he had in fact taken a cogniti
