According to a Bloomberg Sports article, a settlement ending the Dodgers 2011 battle in U.S. Bankruptcy Court gave the Dodgers' new owners a chance to cap television revenue subject to revenue sharing. Which would violate terms of the collective bargaining agreement between players and owners.
