.So there is a man in Delaware who admitted to the court that he raped his 3-year-old daughter.  The man is a wealthy heir to the DuPont fortune.  The judge in the case decided the man would not "fare well" in prison.  His sentence is probation.  HUH?  This is an admitted pedophile!  His victim got a life sentence.
