The legislation states that if an immigrant who has entered the country illegally commits a crime, like theft, they must be detained. 3:10pm- On Wednesday, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President Donald Trump’s nominee to serve as Secretary of Health and Human Services, testified before the Senate Finance Committee. During his opening statement, Kennedy emphasized that he is “not anti-vaccine” and said he had no interest in taking anyone’s food away from them.
