Dr. Harder was born and raised in Spokane, Washington; he graduated from Cheney High School. He attended the University of Idaho for three years and was named Freshman Agriculture Student of the Year. He also raced for the university’s alpine ski team. Dr. Harder attended Creighton University School of Dentistry through the Idaho Dental Education Program. He was one of seven students chosen for annual state scholarships to attend the University. After graduating in 1995, he returned to Moscow, Idaho and worked for one year as an associate. Dr. Harder moved to Moses Lake the following year and purchased an existing practice that has since been renamed Moses Lake Family Dentistry. His professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Grant County Dental Association (former president), and the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics.
