As we witness individuals take this step of faith, we are reminded of the incredible truth found in Acts 11—that salvation is not just for a select few but for everyone who believes. The gospel of Jesus Christ is for both Jews and Gentiles, for every nation and every heart ready to receive Him. Through baptism, we declare the death of the old self and the resurrection to new life in Christ (Romans 6:4). Just as these individuals rise from the water, they are stepping into the fullness of God’s grace, walking in the newness of life He has promised.
