Paul Glover, founder of the local currency, Ithaca Hours (Yes, it's legal. It's not called "dollars"), has been a community organizer for the past 35 years. He has degrees in marketing and city mangagement and lived in Los Angeles for many years where he wrote a History of the Future about ecological urban development in Los Angeles.
