Mike Ruppert, Editor and Publisher of www.fromthewilderness.com and author of Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil spoke at SolFest at the Solar Living Institute in Hopland, California in August 2005 where this interview occurred. Ruppert, a former Los Angeles narcotics police officer, has been a teller of truth as he sees it for many many years.
